Master planning
A master plan is a complex document developed at the initial design stage. The master plan is created taking into account the current legislation, social and engineering infrastructure, loads, roads and traffic situations, parking lots, fire safety, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, public opinion, and includes the main space-planning solutions, preliminary calculation of engineering loads, planning solutions site, the main ideas of architecture and landscape design.
The world design practice convincingly proves that master planning is the most important design component, which guarantees the subsequent compliance of the erected object with the original concept. The development of a master plan requires well-coordinated work of all departments of the design institute. The result is a comprehensive solution, a fusion of architectural design and engineering calculations, which allows at the initial stage to realistically assess the main technical and economic parameters of the project.
